Booking Fee: $100, non-refundable.
Deposit: A $300 deposit is required at time of booking and will be held as the damage deposit. Balance is due, in full, at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will be fully refunded (less $100 booking fee). Cancellations made up 2 weeks (14 days) or more prior to arrival will be refunded 50% (less $100 booking fee). There are no refunds for cancellations 13 days or less, prior to arrival. There are no refunds for unspent nights if guests arrive after, or leave before, their booked dates.
Damage Deposit: The $300 damage deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure pending a satisfactory review of the house and property.
Payment Options: Cash, e-transfer, or cheque (in Canadian funds), credit card.

Preferred minimum stay is three nights; shorter stays considered - please contact (cleaning fee will apply). Arrival after 4:00 p.m.; Departure by 10:00 a.m. Winter monthly rates are available. Please note that both the HOUSE & PREMISES are NON-SMOKING areas. Pets, unfortunately, are not allowed.
